Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you are buying
BiharDirectory sells one digital service: a business listing subscription (currently ₹365 for 365 days) that publishes your business page on www.bihardirectory.com and in the BiharDirectory app. Activation is instant on successful payment.
2. 7-day refund window
If you are not satisfied, write to info@bihardirectory.com within 7 days of payment from your registered number or email. We will unpublish the listing and refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (bank timelines may add a few days).
3. After 7 days
The subscription is non-refundable after 7 days, since the service (a published, publicly promoted page) has been substantially delivered. You may still unpublish your listing at any time by writing to us — this stops publication but does not create a refund.
4. Duplicate or failed payments
Money debited without your listing activating, or a double charge, is refunded in full — automatically where our payment provider (Razorpay) reverses it, otherwise within 7 working days of your email. Include the payment reference shown in your bank/UPI app.
5. Removal for policy violations
Listings containing unlawful content, impersonation or fraud may be unpublished without refund, per our Terms.
